Advancing Community-Led Peacebuilding: GoGreen Holds CPC Review Meeting in Abinsi
On January 12, 2026, the GoGreen team convened a Community Peace Committee (CPC) Review Meeting in Abinsi, bringing together CPC members to reflect on progress made in strengthening peace, social cohesion, and conflict prevention within the community.
The meeting provided a safe and inclusive space for open dialogue, where members shared updates on resolved cases, ongoing challenges, and key lessons emerging from their peacebuilding efforts. Discussions underscored the importance of collective documentation, shared learning, and coordinated follow-up as essential tools for sustaining inclusive and effective peace interventions.
CPC review meetings remain critical for reinforcing community-led conflict prevention mechanisms, strengthening accountability, and deepening local ownership of peace processes. Through continuous learning and reflection, CPCs are better positioned to respond proactively to emerging tensions and promote dialogue at the grassroots level.
At GoGreen, we remain committed to supporting Community Peace Committees as trusted platforms for mediation, dialogue, and conflict resolution, ensuring that peacebuilding efforts are locally driven, resilient, and sustainable.
