CCC Week 4: Connect, Collaborate, Contribute

How do we make our work count even more? By telling the story right.

This week’s Connect, Collaborate, and Contribute (CCC) session focused on the power of storytelling as a tool for impact, advocacy, and community transformation.

As we prepare for a new programme year, we reflected on an important question: How can we better communicate the change happening in our communities? Through engaging discussions and shared learning, our team explored strategies for capturing and sharing stories that highlight the real experiences, challenges, and successes of the people we serve.

Storytelling goes beyond reporting activities and numbers—it helps bring impact to life. It allows us to amplify community voices, inspire action, strengthen partnerships, and demonstrate how peacebuilding, climate action, and sustainable development are transforming lives.

The session reinforced the importance of communicating our work in ways that not only inform but also connect, influence, and motivate change. By strengthening our storytelling skills, we are enhancing our ability to advocate for peaceful, resilient, and sustainable communities.
