GoGreen Presents Benue Peacebuilding Insights at Nigeria SPRiNG Learning and Adaptation Workshop in Abuja

On the 15th January 2026, key stakeholders from different sectors convened at the Barreau for International Cooperation and Development (BICD) for a multi-sectoral meeting aimed at strengthening collaboration and coordinated action. The meeting brought together representatives from government institutions, civil society organizations, community leaders, and development partners to deliberate on shared challenges, emerging risks, and opportunities for collective impact. Discussions focused on aligning sectoral efforts, improving information sharing, and promoting inclusive approaches to sustainable development, peacebuilding, and community resilience. Participants emphasized the importance of partnership, local ownership, and evidence-based decision-making in addressing complex social, environmental, and economic issues facing communities in Benue State. The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to deepen collaboration and translate discussions into practical actions that deliver measurable outcomes.
